Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Garden Recall account and associated personal information at any time.

Delete your account in Garden Recall

If you can access your Garden Recall account, you may initiate account deletion through the Personal Data or Account area of the app.

  1. Open Garden Recall and sign in to your account.
  2. Open the Personal Data or Account area.
  3. Select the option to delete your account.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Garden Recall will delete the account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

You can request account deletion by contacting Garden Recall Support. Please contact us using the email address associated with your Garden Recall account when possible.

What happens when you delete your account?

Garden Recall will delete your account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

We may retain limited information after deletion when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or enforcement of agreements.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten through normal system processes. Information retained for these purposes will not be used to provide an active garden profile.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account

Removing Garden Recall from your device does not, by itself, delete your Garden Recall account or the information associated with it.

What about my subscription?

Deleting your Garden Recall account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple or Google.

Before or during account deletion, review and cancel your subscription through the applicable app-store subscription settings if you do not want it to renew.
